HENDERSON, Nev. – More office space, dining, and shopping options are coming to Henderson because yet another commercial project is in the works for the western part of the city.
The area has recently seen growth following the announcement that the Raiders training facility would be housed in the area. The company behind the massive project has promised to bring something new to an already busy area.
There are big plans for this undeveloped 12.5-acre property on St. Rose Parkway, west of Spencer Street.
“This is a maximizing really fantastic located property,” said Lance Bradford, the president of Stable Development.
Bradford is behind the 300-thousand square foot project which will include retail, dining, office and medical space.
