Lance Bradford

FOUNDER

Lance K. Bradford, is one of the most trusted and respected executives and real estate professionals in the industry, with a reputation that is expanding nationally.  He has transitioned his past experiences, using his entrepreneurial spirit, to become a valuable partner in several businesses ensuring their growth and success. He has also served as the President of a NASDAQ registered real estate company that went public in 1999, garnering over $500 million in capital and generating over $1 billion in real estate transactions.

 

In 1992, Lance founded a full –service CPA firm with a focus on helping growth companies to the next level.  By 1999 Lance had made the transition into the Commercial Real Estate market where he has continued to build his portfolio and help guide others to success.

 

He’s an entrepreneur who has started and managed many companies and projects and has been involved in industries ranging from Tech Start-Ups to Home Health Care. He has developed high-performance teams within a corporate culture steeped in a solution-driven philosophy. He founded real estate development company, Stable Development, using his unique Shared Equity Model™ in partnering with long-term tenants to ensure a successful “win-win” arrangement for all – which has grown to ownership of more than 500,000 feet of commercial, medical and professional space. As an entrepreneur he has been involved in a wide range of other successful ventures as well.

 

Lance, who is a Nevada native, graduated from the University of Nevada-Reno with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  While attending UNR he played baseball with the Wolfpack and was also a member of accounting fraternity, Beta Alpha Psi.  Presently, he is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization, the Nevada Society of CPA’s, as well as the American Institute of CPA’s.

Brett Bradford

PRESIDENT

Being a resident of Las Vegas since 1976, Brett Bradford has established countless relation- ships and understands the unique opportunities offered throughout the growing Las Vegas community. He was employed by the Mirage Hotel in 1989, spending more than five years at the resort before leaving to pursue other business opportunities. Bradford was the founder of a Las Vegas based contracting company in Southern Nevada until he sold the company to achieve broader goals in real estate and commercial development.

 

Bradford earned his Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and is a member of the UNLV alumni association. He currently holds licenses in real estate and property management. Bradford serves as President at Stable Development, and brings valuable experience in portfolio financing, financial analysis, and cost management to the table. This former baseball player understands the importance of hard work to team work in helping to build and sustain a successful and competitive organization.

Sal Guy

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Born and raised in Southern California, Guy attended Fullerton College in Southern California majoring in Business Administration. After a number of years in the Aerospace industry Guy helped found a successful communications company. In 1991 Guy moved to Las Vegas, struck out on his own and started Airwaves of Nevada and Special Events Communications, both successful Mobile Communications firms.

 

Subsequent to the events of 9/11, Guy took on the challenge of operating a revolutionary non-profit organization called The American Help Foundation. This organization developed sponsorships with local business as well as Fortune 500 firms. For over five years, Guy was a primary force in changing hundreds of people’s lives with programs all designed to promote and teach self-sufficiency and personal accountability.

 

In 2007 Guy joined Stable Development in the capacity of Operations Manager focusing on implementing company strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, and ensure continuous improvement. He brings to this position the same customer service skills utilized in growing both for profit and non-profit businesses. His goal is to ensure that Stables tenants experience the same level of care and problem solving he has shown throughout his 35 year career.

 

Guy assists the Stable Development construction team including their in-house architect with tenant improvements and shell construction. He also oversees all legal matters for both Reliant Property Management and Stable Development.

 

Guy is also actively involved in all of Stable Development and Reliant Property Management’s marketing, community outreach and corporate events with their marketing firm Brand Ltd. Guy is a major supporter of spearheading all of the business community efforts to ensure all tenants are actively networking with each other to drive new business and awareness for their companies.

 

And on a personal note, Guy and his wife of 29 years love the Lake Tahoe area and make frequent trips to LA for the Dodgers and Laker’s games.

Mark V Martino

ARCHITECT

Mark V. Martino is an accomplished Master Architect with extensive business experience that he applies to all new construction and development projects for Stable Development.

 

Stable Development has expanded its operations, adding a full-service architectural division to the company’s burgeoning commercial development, acquisitions, property management and real estate investment services. Mark will manage this new division bringing his 26 years of industry experience to the company.

 

Mark developed an early fascination with design and construction, which led him to a career in architecture. In 1983, he moved to Bozeman to enroll in a five-year architectural program at Montana State University. Upon receiving his Bachelors Degree in architecture in 1988 took up residence in Las Vegas. He is proud to be responsible for the ever-changing architectural landscape of Las Vegas, from multi-million dollar commercial projects to restaurants, government, residential and healthcare facilities.

 

In 2000, Mark’s desire to enhance the culinary and cultural aspects of Las Vegas motivated him to produce The Odyssey Lifestyle with his co-founder and wife, Virginia Martino. Their goal was to bring together the area’s top chefs and artists with a selection of the nation’s foremost vintners for an annual four-day celebration of food, wine and art. The prestigious event drew attention and participants from far beyond the Las Vegas Valley to experience the delights of haute cuisine.

 

In 2003, Martino initiated a charitable program in conjunction with the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas. The program created scholarships that allowed deserving students to pursue their dreams of becoming professional chefs. The first recipients were announced in March 2004, with funds derived the previous autumn’s Odyssey Lifestyle put toward academic tuition.

His personal motto reflects Mark’s dedication to wine culture: “I can never have enough wine in my cellar!”
